Refund Policy
Claims for refunds must be received by e-mail and or telephone. All refunds must be requested within 72 hours of delivery. Should any Arnold Grossman Co., Inc. product be received in less than perfect condition please contact us immediately for a refund. All approved refunds will be credited to customers accounts with 72 hours of approval. The Arnold Grossman Co., Inc. reserves the right to request customers to return damaged or rejected product for inspection depending upon the particulars of claims for refunds.
Claims for refunds received after 72 hours from the delivery time will be approved only via telephone. Please call (561) 732-3655 to arrange for a refund. Approved refunds will be credited to the same account used to make the purchase.
All debits or credits to your account will appear on your monthly statement as being from Arnold Grossman Co., Inc. /www.bullvbear.com

You will then be whisked quickly to an order review page where your shipping and (if you so choose) your billing information will be pre-filled for you. Then in just one click your order can be placed.
Order confirmation - when you have successfully placed your order, you'll be presented with a receipt page that will have your order number on it. You will also be sent an e-mail to again confirm your order.
Customer contact information will never be made available to third party promotional companies. All billing and shipping information is confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party outside of the proper exchange of customer information with the merchant transaction company or the customer's financial institution. Orders sent elsewhere in the United States typically arrive with 5-7 business days. Bull V Bear and the Arnold Grossman Co. Inc. charges a flat rate for shipping products. These flat rates per product are available for review during the checkout process in our secure shopping cart.
Bull V Bear and the Arnold Grossman Co., Inc. uses the United Parcel Service (UPS) for its Express Delivery. Orders placed by 12:00pm are guaranteed for delivery by 3:00 PM fthe following business day. Bull V Bear and the Arnold Grossman Co., Inc. charges a flat rate for shipping products. These flat rates per product are available for review during the checkout process in our secure shopping cart.
